Motion Strong Action can add some off-the-ball screening to the offense, while also creating more post opportunities for your bigs.
I created this Motion Strong Action post to give coaches the background on why I chose to use action, how I installed the action, and which read progressions I taught my players. Within the post I broke down the basics of the action; including spacing, roles, and how to flow into it from transition. From there we get into the read progression that players should work through. Although some teams may conduct the backend of this action differently I broke down how I simplified the backside action for the high school level. At the end of the post, I included a 14-page Practice Guide which goes through eight different practice concepts you can use to weave this into your practice plans.

Four Out Motion Strong sounds like a dance move or a protest chant. As a PhD student who works part-time at Last-Minute Assignments, my college body was stuck in one position: hunched. I was so stiff that I'd search for assignment editing help just to afford a yoga class. Your post is a mystery and a motivator. Thank you for that. Motion is medicine. Strong is a choice. Grateful for the energy. Keep throwing these sparks. Seriously, you made me stand up and stretch. My back thanks you. Now, what does it mean? Curious. Cheers.
